HOW CAN THERAPY HELP? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

I've seen therapy help a great many people over the years. I wouldn't continue to do this work year after year if I didn't truly believe in the healing effects of it. In terms of how it can help you, well - I don't know you yet - so it's hard to say. I will say this though: 1) It is a powerful thing to have someone wade around in the darkness with you. 2) I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches. You can't throw a rock without finding a peer-reviewed journal article that demonstrates the efficacy of EMDR. I work hard, from the beginning of our time together to conceptualize a plan that best fits your needs. That being said, I believe therapy is as much art as it is science. It's a creative process. Some people may see me very briefly - say for a single incident trauma that they need to work through, and others may stay with me for several years or more.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES? YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

My Private Pay Rates are as Follows:
$165 per 50 Minute Session
$200 per 80 Minute Session

I require a 24 hour notice for all cancelled appointments and charge full fee in the event that the appointment is not cancelled with 24 advance notice. In the event that you are an insured client, I charge the rate that I would have been reimbursed from the insurance for the cost of that visit. I require that each client keep a credit card on file.

HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?

I typically see clients one time each week. With prior agreement, I can see clients for ninety minute sessions or for two time per week sessions, if neeeded.

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE FEE?

I am committed to making therapy accessible to as many individuals as possible. As such, I maintain a strong commitment towards remaining credentialed with as many insurance panels as possible. That being said, at times, I may be able to accomodate a small percentage of sliding scale fee clients as well

DO YOU PROVIDE CLINICAL SUPERVISION?

I have been a board approved supervisor for over ten years and offer clinical supervision to LMSWs who wish to pursue advanced licensure. The fees for this service are as follows:
$425 month/individual supervision
$60/hour group supervision
